Jeff Germain, Owner and President, Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner
Jeff Germain was inspired to become a Hearing Professional by his parents Ron and Bobbie, the first Beltone practitioners on Vancouver Island – in fact he considers himself to have been a member of the Beltone family for his whole life. He has over 23 years experience in the field, and, with his wife Sharon, now owns all the Beltone Hearing Care Centres on the Island.
Emily Poole, Hearing Care Coordinator
Emily has been a part of the Beltone team since 2015. Emily loves interacting with our clients and hearing all their stories, and is especially happy if she can brighten someone’s day. She wants people with hearing loss to know that they’re not alone: “I feel that there is too much of a stigma around hearing aids. They can benefit your life so greatly! Adjusting to a life with hearing aids may take time and patience, but they can make an amazing difference.”
In her spare time, Emily pursues her love of art, especially drawing, painting, writing and photography.
